Job Summary:
As a Senior BI Analyst, you’ll be pivotal in designing and implementing critical BI solutions, focusing on optimizing business processes through insightful data analysis and KPI development. You will act as the bridge between data requirements and business needs, interpreting complex datasets to facilitate strategic decision-making across various cross-functional teams. With a blend of technical acumen and business savvy, you will spearhead projects aimed at enhancing data functionality and steering operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate stakeholder business requirements into actionable data solutions. Refine and prepare data sets for analytics, developing Power BI dashboards and SQL analytics. Craft and maintain critical KPIs to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Present data-driven insights to business leaders, supporting strategic decisions. Troubleshoot data and performance issues, enhancing data infrastructures to support business growth.
Must-Have Skills:
Profound expertise in DAX skills, excellent data modelling expertise. proficiency in secondary coding languages such as Python and SQL. Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving related to data issues. Ability to work independently on projects and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Industry Experience:
Degree in a quantitative field plus 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in the corporate finance industry is preferred, enhancing your ability to navigate and influence within this sector.
