Job Title: Help Desk Technician - On-Site, 1-Year Contract
Location: Middletown, CT (On-Site Only)
Duration: 12 Months
Overview: We are hiring a Help Desk Technician for a client in Middletown, CT. This role will be supporting internal staff with technical issues, process user access requests, and ensures proper documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to staff in person, over the phone, and via remote tools.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware/software.
Review and process user access forms for new hires, changes, and terminations.
Other technical duties will be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with PC hardware/software, Windows 10/11, and Office 365.
High attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
Experience with user account administration, including Active Directory.
Knowledge of device imaging, management, and basic troubleshooting.
