We are seeking an SAP EWM Specialist that will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module to streamline complex warehouse processes. This role requires in-depth knowledge of warehouse logistics, SAP EWM functionalities, and integration with other SAP modules. Business skills and excellent people skills are necessary. This individual reports to the IT Manager and will apply proven communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills to help maximize the benefit of the IT system

Duties

Design and implement SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse operations. Configure SAP EWM settings to meet the specific needs of the warehouse. Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM-related issues. Operational and organizational knowledge of logistics Processes. Good understanding of SAP business processes (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehousing Processes, Physical inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management) and SAP functionalities (architecture). Experience in delivery training sessions, preparing and conduction UAT (User acceptance testing). Acquire a good understanding of business processes and be able to offer the best technical solution to meet the business needs. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM configurations. Understand and be able to independently customize SAP EWM specific processes and know the integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, PP...). Write Functional Specification/Configuration documents. Have the willingness to develop new professional skills. Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues. Initiate and coordinate weekly meetings with users on open incidents and critical issues. Help with repository creation of KB documents. Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, IT, or related discipline or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of functional experience configuring and/or using SAP as Super/Key user. Extensive experience in SAP EWM implementation and configuration. Minimal technical expertise in the related modules and experience with configuration, master data and testing.. Extensive experience in SAP EWM implementation and configuration. Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to individuals at all levels, including process owners and stakeholders. Experience in writing functional requirements and associated test cases as well as excellent documentation skills. Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000 - $80,000 per year
