In this critical role, you'll champion the member experience across our digital platforms-ensuring our website and mobile app are user-friendly, engaging, and consistently high-performing. With a customer-first mindset and an eye for detail, you'll help shape a digital experience that not only meets member expectations-but exceeds them.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day management
of our website and digital banking app, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and a flawless user experience
Identify and remove friction points , championing continuous improvements that streamline navigation, transactions, and digital engagement
Execute strategic digital campaigns -including email marketing, onboarding journeys, and digital ads-leveraging automation and personalization to drive results
Analyze site and app performance
using tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps to uncover trends, identify pain points, and guide optimization
Support SEO/SEM strategies , improving discoverability and driving relevant traffic
Collaborate across departments and with external partners
to launch new features, resolve technical issues, and ensure platform integrity and innovation
Stay on the leading edge
of digital trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to keep our platforms ahead of the curve
Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance
across all digital touchpoints
Report on key performance indicators
with insights that inform future strategies and decision-making
What You Bring to the Team :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field
4+ years of experience in digital marketing or website/digital platform management
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and website content management
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
