Duration : 12 months
Rate Range : Up to$35/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:
SQL (beginner to moderate) Loggly or Splunk Postman or API testing tools ServiceNow JIRA AWS (basic understanding) Shell scripting (basic) Python or JavaScript (basic) Responsibilities:
Provide tiered technical support for platform technology group projects supporting supply chain operations Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and platform tools, not including desktop support Respond to inquiries from cross-functional users and escalate complex problems to engineering or development teams Maintain and enhance internal knowledge bases, documentation, and FAQs Perform basic DevOps tasks, including log monitoring, API validation, and test execution Support QA efforts by validating application functionality post-deployment Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure issue resolution meets SLAs and business expectations Leverage SQL and log tools to generate insights and assist in root cause analysis Qualifications:
2-3 years of technical support or application support experience Experience supporting enterprise-level platforms or tools Familiarity with AWS services and common cloud workflows Proficiency in tools like Loggly, Splunk, Postman, JIRA, and ServiceNow Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries Basic scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or shell scripting) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (AA/AS/BA/BS)
