Systems Engineer (Reliability) - Huntsville, AL Generous PTO, 401K, Health Insurance Package Annual Salary Range: $84,000 - $120,000
In-Depth Engineering Corporation seeks RAM&T Systems Engineers to support our rapidly growing project work on Ground Missile Defense (GMD) Weapons Systems. The GMD Weapon System (GWS) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat.
The work is performed on-site at our customer site in Huntsville, AL. Work schedule - Flex 4/10 Schedule or Flex 9/80 w/every other Friday off - or a straight 5/8.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates MUST have: • US citizenship • An active DoD Security Clearance • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a STEM field • Experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline • Experience with and Ability to Perform RAM&T allocations and predictions • Experience with and Ability Develop Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis • Experience with and Ability to Develop mission reliability analysis • Familiarity with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) • Experience with and Ability to perform Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Desired Qualifications for Senior Positions • Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Reliability Growth Testing (RGT), and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) • Experience with and Ability Perform Built In Test (BIT) testability analysis
