Jacobs
At Jacobs, we're more than engineers-we're partners in building resilient communities. Our projects don't just fill the skyline; they strengthen coastlines, enhance sustainability, and prepare our world for tomorrow's challenges. With a growing portfolio of transformative marine infrastructure and climate resilience work, we're looking for a Sr. Project Manager to help lead the way.

Based in Florida with hybrid flexibility, this role offers exposure to a world-class team of engineers, planners, and specialists across disciplines.
You'll manage scope, schedule, staffing, and budget while upholding technical excellence, consistency, and safety. You'll also coordinate across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, playing a key role in both delivery and relationship-building.
What You'll Do:
Lead diverse projects in marine infrastructure and coastal resilience
Oversee project financials, technical quality, and deliverables
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across Jacobs' global network
Develop and maintain client relationships with public and private stakeholders
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related engineering field
Minimum 7 years in consulting with at least 3 years of project or task management experience
Experience with waterfront project design or oversight
Strong grasp of contract documents, technical specifications, and client deliverables
PMP certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license (Florida preferred)
Ideally, you'll also have:
Master's degree in engineering or relevant discipline
Track record delivering ports & maritime or climate resilience projects
Experience with cost estimating and construction-phase services
