We're looking for a

Content Strategist

who uses the power of language to shape meaningful, human-centered experiences across digital products and services. From in-product UX writing and interaction design to building voice, tone, and system-wide standards, you'll drive a content vision that meets user needs and scales across platforms.

In this role, you'll also bring expertise in conversational design-crafting clear, thoughtful dialogue experiences for products that include chatbots, voice interfaces, or AI-powered assistants. You'll help define how our clients speak with their users, not just at them.

We are

not

looking for experts in social media, marketing, PR, or copywriting. While these are all difficult subjects to master, they do not fully align with the challenges our clients are generally partnering with us to tackle within the digital product space. Core Responsibilities

Define and drive the content strategy vision across product experiences, from onboarding to advanced workflows-and from traditional UI to conversational interactions. Craft clear, purposeful, and on-brand product content for interfaces and natural language experiences. Lead content design for major product initiatives, owning end-to-end content execution across surfaces, platforms, and interaction modes (including chat, voice, and multimodal flows). Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to build intuitive, cohesive experiences that reflect user goals and behavior. Develop and scale content frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and reusable patterns-including conversational patterns-to maintain consistency and scalability. Identify and lead opportunities to evolve product language, taxonomy, and information architecture, applying best practices in both structured content and dialogue design. Leverage user research, behavioral data, and usability testing to validate decisions and continuously improve user interactions-whether visual or conversational. Establish content workflows, governance models, and process efficiencies across product teams, ensuring a content-first mindset. Mentor cross-functional partners on UX writing, systems thinking, and conversational design fundamentals. Preferred Requirements Have 3+ years of experience in UX content strategy, content design, or UX writing-ideally with some experience crafting chat or voice-based experiences. Are fluent in designing for both graphical UIs and conversational flows (chatbots, voice assistants, IVRs, etc.). Bring a user-centered mindset to language: you ask what the user needs to do-and how language helps them do it. Have experience building scalable voice and tone systems and modular content frameworks. Understand the nuances of designing turn-based conversation (e.g. turn-taking, intent recognition, fallback messaging). Thrive in ambiguity and can work autonomously while bringing structure and clarity to complex ecosystems. Are a strong communicator and systems thinker who can align multiple stakeholders and advocate for the value of content. Are familiar with accessibility best practices in conversational interfaces. Can coach others on effective UX writing and conversational design patterns.
