Senior Technical Consultant - Managed Services Provider Company Overview TeamLogic IT Colorado Springs is a Managed Services Provider delivering comprehensive IT infrastructure management to mid-market clients across energy, biotech, and construction industries. Our client-focused approach emphasizes deep technical expertise and strategic technology advisory services. Position Summary We seek a Senior Technical Consultant to join our technical leadership team, managing complex client environments and providing strategic technology guidance. This role requires immediate technical competency across hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructures, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. Key Competencies Technical Leadership : Ability to architect enterprise solutions and guide technical teams Client Communication : Translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders Problem Solving : Systematic approach to troubleshooting complex, multi-layered issues Strategic Thinking : Align technology solutions with business objectives Adaptability : Thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environment with changing priorities Key Responsibilities Technical Infrastructure Management Design, implement, and maintain complex hybrid IT environments (50% cloud, 50% on-premises) Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystems including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams Oversee VMware vSphere environments and virtual infrastructure optimization Architect and maintain enterprise networking solutions including routing, switching, and security Implement and manage Azure and AWS cloud services and integrations Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security Client Relationship Management Serve as technical lead for enterprise clients Lead technical project implementations from design through deployment Conduct regular technology reviews and present recommendations to C-level executives Manage client escalations and complex technical issues Operational Excellence Document technical architectures and maintain comprehensive client environment records Mentor and develop technical team members Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical client issues Ensure compliance with client security policies and industry best practices Drive continuous improvement initiatives across client environments Required Qualifications Technical Certifications (Minimum) Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator Associate or higher) AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate or higher) VMware certifications (VCP or higher) Cisco networking certifications (CCNP or equivalent) Core Technical Competencies Microsoft 365 & Entra ID : Expert-level administration and architecture Virtualization : VMware vSphere design, implementation, and troubleshooting Cloud Platforms : Azure and AWS infrastructure services, hybrid connectivity Enterprise Networking : Routing protocols, VLANs, firewalls, SD-WAN Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience Proven track record managing complex, multi-vendor technology environments Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and zero-trust architectures Qualifications Prior Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience Additional certifications in security (CISSP, CISM) or project management (PMP) Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks
Salary Range $85,000 - $105,000 Annually
