Ground-up | $20M+ Projects | Healthcare, Education, Industrial

top-tier GC
in the Charleston area that’s
actively hiring
a
Project Manager
to lead
ground-up commercial projects
across multiple sectors (healthcare, education, industrial, and more).
If you’ve been craving more autonomy, better project support, and a seat at the table—you’ll want to hear about this.
About the Role:
This is a high-impact PM role running
projects over $20M
from precon to closeout. You'll team up with experienced Supers and a sharp leadership group that’s known for treating their people like people—not just resources.
You’ll own:
Full project lifecycle execution
Budget, schedule, and subcontractor management
Bid packages, RFIs, submittals, COs
Client relationships & team mentorship
You’re a fit if you have:
✅ 5+ years in commercial construction (ground-up focus)
✅ Strong plan reading, budgeting & team coordination skills
✅ A get-it-done mindset with attention to detail
✅ Leadership instincts (not just task management)
Bonus points for:
Experience in
healthcare or institutional construction
Familiarity with
Timberline, Bluebeam, Autodesk , etc.
A desire to build a long-term home with a tight-knit GC
