Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have a rich history of team management for over a decade and demonstrate strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager. Additionally, experience with Oracle HCM and API integrations is a plus. A solid grasp of Okta, zero trust principles, AMFA, and account lifecycle management is essential. Essential Functions: Lead and manage the IAM team to effectively implement and maintain identity and access management solutions. Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to comply with security regulations and best practices. Oversee the administration and support of Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and other IAM tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems. Implement and manage API integrations to enhance IAM capabilities. Ensure organization-wide adoption of zero trust principles and multi-factor authentication (AMFA). Manage the entire account lifecycle, covering provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance IAM processes and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, minimizing disruption to business operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, promoting collaboration and alignment across teams. Deploy identity automation projects using experience with the Entra suite. Utilize Sentinel log analytics for thorough log reviews and monitoring. Minimum Qualifications at Entry: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of experience managing a team within the IAM domain. Strong experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager. Preferred knowledge in Oracle HCM and API integrations. Deep knowledge of Okta, including experience with SAML applications and account lifecycle management. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven success in deploying identity automation projects. Experience with the Entra suite and proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Familiarity with Sentinel log analytics and experience with Dell Change Auditor or equivalent AD auditing tools is advantageous. Specific demands include: Maintaining professionalism when dealing with executives, clients, prospects, and staff in high-pressure settings. Managing and being exposed to sensitive, confidential information. The ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks. Occasional travel; incidental lifting/moving may be required.
