About the Position We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience (or equivalent) in building scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will excel in designing production-ready automation solutions, optimizing cloud and on-premises systems, and eliminating deployment bottlenecks through self-service capabilities. This role requires strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD systems, with proven ability to manage hybrid cloud environments and implement comprehensive security practices. Key Responsibilities Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment across AWS and on-premises environments Optimize existing infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency while maintaining high availability Manage comprehensive secrets, credentials, and access control systems for secure operations Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for infrastructure health visibility Develop automation tools and self-service capabilities to eliminate manual processes and deployment bottlenecks Implement infrastructure as code best practices and ensure environment parity across development and production Collaborate with engineering teams to enable multiple daily deployments while maintaining system reliability Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related infrastructure engineering roles Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, automation, security practices, and system administration Proven experience with AWS services, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline implementation Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks Demonstrated ability to manage hybrid cloud environments and optimize infrastructure for performance and cost Experience with provisioning servers for on-premises server/compute Strong software development skills to design, implement, and iterate on automation solutions Proficiency in Python, Bash, and infrastructure tools such as Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
