Summary

Senior Scrum Master

Position Highlights:

As the Senior Scrum Master you will train on, facilitate and coordinate teams on the agile mindset and agile/lean frameworks and methods, including Scrum and Kanban. Drive and foster collaboration and transparency between Business Owner, development teams and management to support high performance. Help business owner maintain product backlog and release plan, and support increased productivity by facilitating meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals. Preserve flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes. The Senior Scrum Master will, with the Agile Coach, guide and coach the organization on Agile delivery and scrum practices by evangelizing standards and best practices for Moffitt. The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in clinical systems a plus. Experience in Jira a plus. Training experience a plus. Familiarity with healthcare EHRs a plus. Responsibilities:

Ensures teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, transparency and value delivery. Educates and supports business owners in creating and maintaining feature roadmaps, story refinement and backlog refinement and maintenance. Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress and other metrics across teams. Fosters qualities of high performing teams. Encourages cross-team collaboration, communication and self-organization. Designs workflows and streamlines existing process workflows for multiples teams and across teams. Identifies and removes impediments, prevent distractions. Assists in the development and implementation of strategies for implementing agile delivery into Moffitt culture. Mentor others on agile mindset, practices and tools. Credentials and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree - Informatics, Healthcare Administration or Computer Science or related field Minimum five (5) years of experience facilitating team meetings using agile/lean frameworks and/or methods. Minimum five (5) years of experience designing and working with complex systems workflows and process improvements. Minimum three (3) years in a leadership and/or coaching capacity. Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master Preferred:

Master's Degree - Informatics, Healthcare Administration or Computer Science or related field Experience in Jira a plus. Training experience a plus.
