The AIS Infrastructure Group consists of four civil/vertical construction companies. Our services include infrastructure improvement, heavy civil construction, vertical construction, site development for government and state agencies and private enterprise across the United States.

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating construction and industrial services projects. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and adherence to safety standards and protocols set by AIS Infrastructure.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Coordinate and track project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making processes.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities, including military bases.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management is generally required to be successful in this role.

Knowledge of construction safety and current federal & OSHA requirements

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.

Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Customer service and client management skills

TRAVEL

Travel to project sites may be necessary.
