Job Description:
We are seeking a
UAT & Systems Quality Analyst
to join our testing and validation team supporting enhancements to IVR/IVA applications. The ideal candidate will ensure that application updates meet business requirements and deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience. This role requires extensive interaction with cross-functional teams and a strong background in QA methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and functional specifications to create detailed test strategies and test cases. Execute manual and regression testing of IVR systems and associated telephony tools. Log and manage defects using test management platforms (e.g., ALM, Octane). Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA peers to validate functionality and resolve issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum routines and represent UAT on project teams and release events. Perform release validation during off-hours (evenings/weekends as needed). Ensure compliance with risk and audit requirements. Maintain control documentation and contribute to innovation in test approaches. Required Qualifications:
4+ years of
systems quality assurance
or
UAT testing
experience. Strong understanding of
IVR systems , contact center environments, or telephony tech (e.g., Genesys, Nuance, Dialogflow CX, Five9). Experience reviewing
voice design flows ,
functional specs , and
business requirements . Skilled in
test plan development , execution, and defect tracking. Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum
methodologies and tools (Jira, ALM, Octane). High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have:
Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with speech and text translations. Understanding of project management principles.
