Job Title: RPA Developer (Power Automate / Azure)
Location: Ohio City, OH (Onsite 4 days/week)
Salary: Up to $80,000/year

What You'll Be Doing: • Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) • Integrate automation workflows with Azure services and business applications • Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions to improve performance and reliability • Collaborate closely with business teams to identify automation opportunities • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments • Document process designs, configurations, and support materials
What We're Looking For: • 2-4 years of experience in RPA development using Power Automate • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or other Azure services • Strong understanding of business processes and workflow logic • Good communication and collaboration skills • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
