Position Summary:

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for aligning the organization's technology strategy with its business goals. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-wide architecture frameworks that ensure scalability, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of business processes, modern IT systems, cloud technologies, and enterprise-level integration.

Responsibilities of Position:

Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, frameworks, and standards. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical solutions. Design end-to-end solutions across multiple systems and platforms ensuring alignment with business goals. Guide solution architects and technical teams on implementation details and best practices. Develop roadmaps for application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture. Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies. Ensure architecture documentation is current and well-maintained. Manage and mitigate technical debt across the enterprise landscape. Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes and initiatives. Promote architecture governance and ensure adherence to compliance, standards, and best practices. Required Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments. Proven track record with enterprise systems, microservices, and API integration. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:

TOGAF or other relevant architecture certification. Experience with enterprise service buses (ESBs), middleware, and integration patterns. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR). Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments. Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in an enterprise architecture role. Key Competencies:

Valid Drivers' License Physical Requirements:
