systems analyst

to support cross-functional

finance, supply

chain, manufacturing, and sales initiatives . This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes and systems, with a strong focus on

data-driven decision-making . The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with

NetSuite , be highly proficient in

SQL , and have advanced skills in

Power BI . This individual will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to analyze and improve business processes and system workflows. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI to support strategic decision-making. Leverage NetSuite to support business operations, optimize processes, and ensure system accuracy. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Identify process gaps and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and partner with IT/development teams to implement solutions. Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Support end-users with system and data-related issues; conduct training sessions as needed. Ensure data governance and quality across all platforms.

Requirements:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Hands-on experience with

NetSuite ERP . Advanced proficiency in

SQL

and

Power BI . Understanding of BoM structure principles and item configuration data settings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred: Experience with data modeling and ETL processes. Familiarity with other BI tools or data platforms.
