Duties and Responsibilities: Follow Team Member policies and procedures Maintain company culture Prepare sandwiches, including pulling meat, prepping veggies, and baking bread Keep the store clean and safe Ensure food safety and workplace safety Operate slicing and prep equipment Train team members and manage shifts Engage in self-development and assist with recruiting Qualifications: Must be 18+ Management experience preferred Ability to coach and develop team members Coachable and experienced in handling customer and employee issues Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, outgoing Proficient with computers Working Conditions: Must work in a moderately loud, fast-paced environment, avoiding distractions and practicing safety when using slicers, knives, and ovens.
