Job OverviewEbenezer is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our busy Lake City Care Center in Lake City MN to perform a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care/Nursing Home LTC and Transitional Care unit regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN. Support includes RN, Director Nursing, Regional Nursing, CNA, Social Work, Actitvities and Memoy Care programs.Nursing schedule includes;64 hours every 2 weeksEvening shift; 12 hour shift, Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nightsEvery weekend rotation Fully benefit eligible; includes DHS education scholarshipsLake City Care Center is nestled near the picturesque Lake Pepin in southeast Minnesota. Join our experienced healthcare professionals and help us expand our TCU unit.Responsibilities:Provides professional nursing cares and treatmentsMonitors work and performance of unlicensed staffMaintains current observation and documentation of resident health statusRequired:MN LPN licensureAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
