We currently have an exciting opportunity for Construction Project Manager to join our Store Construction team. This individual is responsible for managing multiple retail construction and improvement projects from concept to project closeout. As an Owner Representative, this position has cost, schedule and quality control responsibilities that must be met. Position requires accountability to "on budget" project delivery, detailed schedule management, document administration, forecasting & risk analysis, and management of multiple internal and professional service providers. What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

Design and build efficient and reliable data pipelines to move data across different data systems and enterprise Data Warehouse (Snowflake) Oracle, As400, SqlServer Salesforce and external partner systems through API's, aws s3 and/or gcp buckets, etc. Be an expert in cloud data warehouse, cloud ETL tools and capabilities to engineer solutions and automate large scale data flows from varying systems/sources and lookout to automate and/or improve existing data processes for high productivity and high efficiency and take Ownership of the solutions & designs built by self and the team. Have keen interest in creating an excellent data operations environment - adhering to SLA's through automation, raise standards on data quality, be innovative to create custom solutions and frameworks if vital, to meet diverse business needs for data/ reporting. Closely work with data scientists, other internal data groups and business partners to build data solutions which will support a variety of predictive and reporting applications. Mentor and coach to other junior engineers in the team. Help them resolve technical issues, provide inputs & guidance on designs and development. Can quickly adapt or change gears based on varying data/business needs and priorities to meet milestones dates to deliver projects or on production issues. Skills & Experience

Bachelors or Masters in computer science or related field 8-10 years' experience in a data organization (retail is a plus) with large, complex data sources. Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations. Strong experience AWS cloud infrastructure, database languages (SQL) and scripting languages and using them in automation (primarily Python and bash, others are a big plus). Experience with a data warehousing development environment and exposure to data modeling and building ETL-ELT pipelines (on cloud or on premise) and experience working/ integrating with API's, SAS ETL tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in team settings on complex production issues Extensive knowledge of production deployment CI/CD orchestration and automation (Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins) and Git-Hub. Experience in SQL and writing sophisticated queries (Oracle, Snowflake etc.) Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java with hands on experience. Experience with automation and scheduling tools like UC4 , Airflow is a plus Experience using business intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau, or MicroStrategy. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
