Restaurant Assistant Manager Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Minimum of 3 years Food & Beverage / Hospitality Management experience. High school or GED required. A passion for providing great service, food & drink with a guest-first mentality Dedication to leading both front of house & back of house teams Ability to train, empower, and motivate A true passion for hospitality and ensuring the team delivers excellence A knack for consistency and excellence!
Restaurant Assistant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach. Customer service focused and solution oriented. Energetic and professional approach to his /her craft. Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers. Ability to develop positive working relationship with all restaurant personnel. Must be able to perform in a high volume restaurant.
