Instructional Delivery And Quality Assurance Lead (IDQL)
Comtech Systems, Inc. (CSI) is looking for an Instructional Delivery and Quality Assurance Lead (IDQL) to design and evaluate training and development programs supporting one of our government clients in Columbia, MD. Responsibilities: Provide course and curriculum assessment, quality, effectiveness, and relevance to customer requirements. Collaborate with government, cyber forensics, cyber counterintelligence, and international relations subject matter experts, mission stakeholders, external customers, and the curriculum manager to develop training requirements. Perform iterative requirements assessments of evolving customer needs and communicate quality issues (e.g., spelling, grammar, alignment to job sheets) to the government and the contractors lead for curriculum development. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience delivering cyber technical training to personnel whose duties include computer forensics, cyber counterintelligence, and cyber network defense, computer forensics, and/or cyber threat emulation/detection. Demonstrated extensive experience assessing the instructional delivery of cyber training for personnel whose duties include cyber network defense, computer forensics, and/or cyber threat emulation/detection. Extensive experience assessing the efficacy of cyber training courses and curricula. Extensive experience working with external stakeholders, mission partners, and course development personnel in the collection and iterative development of cyber training requirements. Knowledge of cybercrime evidence collection techniques, data analysis, and laws surrounding cyber investigations and evidence. Knowledgeable of current technology and tools applicable to cyber investigations and investigative functions within various operating systems. Experience implementing cyber solutions for operational Federal law enforcement/counterintelligence problems. Familiarity with commercial software programs commonly used by the network defense and computer forensic personnel. Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
