for its multi-awarded and leading software solution. Convene

is a meeting and collaboration platform for boards and senior leadership teams of large enterprises and government agencies. Within five years, Convene has expanded its client base exponentially, establishing a global presence in over 100 countries. Responsibilities:

Build and lead the digital marketing team. Develop and execute the company's inbound marketing strategy, focusing on global SEO and search rankings. Plan, design, and implement digital advertising and social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance and marketing metrics to inform decision-making. Achieve top search rankings (#1 and #2) globally, especially in the US, UK/EU, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Australia. Manage digital marketing channels to ensure consistent performance across markets. Cover inbound channels, including SEO, SEM, paid media, online marketplaces, and social media. Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance. Optimize user funnels and conversion points for maximum lead generation. Implement innovative digital growth strategies. Collaborate on creating high-converting landing pages and enhancing user experience. Align marketing efforts with sales goals, especially for the US market. Oversee social media accounts to ensure brand consistency. Develop and manage online content to strengthen digital presence. Continuously analyze competitors and refine strategies accordingly. Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the US and key markets for Convene. Proven success in achieving top global search rankings (#1 and #2). Experience managing global websites with successful rankings across major regions. Strong background in brand strategy within governance, risk, and compliance sectors. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and digital marketing platforms. Proven track record in executing impactful B2B SaaS digital marketing campaigns. Preferably experienced in the board portal or related IT software industries. Ability to interpret web metrics and translate insights into strategies.
