CHD's growing In Home Therapy (IHT) and Therapeutic Mentoring program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor. This is a full time position based in West Springfield, serving children and families in Hampden County. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of Master's and Bachelor's level staff. Offering a $3,000 sign on bonus!Your role as an In-home Therapy, Clinical Supervisor you will: Fully engage families in the treatment alliance with family focused interventions and behavioral techniques. To ensure the coordinated efforts of all treatment components.Play an integral role in the clinical and administrative supervision of Master's and Bachelor's level staff.Ensure program compliance with documentation and other clinically related licensing requirement.Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other clinicians, state agencies, DCF, schools, foster parents and other referral agencies.IHT Services may be provided in any setting where the youth is naturally located, including, but not limited to, the home (including foster homes and therapeutic foster homes), schools, childcare centers, respite settings, and other community settings.Qualifications:Masters degree in related field requiredIndependent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is requiredClinical supervisory experience preferredExperience working with children and familiesBilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to applyApproved driving record check and criminal background cehck (CORI)SUCCESS FACTORSTo excel as a Clinical Supervisor with CHD, you will need a diverse skill set to include strong problem solving skills, risk management/safety planning, strong communication, and supervisory experience. The right candidate will be familiar with the regional culture and/or willing to immerse themselves in the program and regional community. CHD's care continuum across the lifespan includes residential, crisis stabilization, substance use and clinic based services; medical care is an essential component given the heightened vulnerability of the people we serve. Harm-reduction is our first approach to all careUnderstanding of evidence-based practices including MI, DBT and CBT/TF-CBT will support success in coaching staff and clients towards the right level of treatment and commitment to career long learning is an essential feature of CHD team members.We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000-$80,000, dependent on relevant experience.
