Omaha, Nebraska Candidates must reside in or near the Omaha area Flagship is a dynamic, multi-concept restaurant group known for creating memorable dining experiences across a diverse portfolio of 14 brands and 50+ restaurants across the U.S. Our in-house marketing team blends strategy, creativity, and performance to bring each brand to life - and were looking to expand our paid media strategy across the nation! Were looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to execute and manage paid media campaigns across multiple brands and platforms. From Meta to Google to emerging ad channels, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting of paid media - supporting both campaign-based efforts and evergreen, always-on paid media strategies. Youll work closely with our internal marketing team to support brand launches, seasonal promotions, campaigns, and ongoing efforts to grow brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. WHAT YOULL BE DOING In this role, youll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns and evergreen ad strategies across multiple platforms and brands. Youll manage day-to-day execution, monitor performance, and collaborate with creative, social, and brand teams to ensure all ads are impactful, on-brand, and results-driven. Youll play a key role in driving awareness, traffic, and conversions while continually refining strategy based on data and trends. Develop, execute, and optimize evergreen and campaign-based paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and additional channels as needed (ex: TikTok, LinkedIn, Yelp) Manage ad sets, budgets, targeting, re-targeting, A/B testing, and creative placements across brands Maintain and continuously improve evergreen paid media funnels focused on driving reservations, online orders, event bookings, and overall brand visibility Performance Optimization, Analysis & Reporting Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly Analyze data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization Provides clear performance recaps with actionable recommendations Work closely with the Director of Marketing and internal team members to align paid efforts with broader campaign goals and KPIs Collaborate with creative, social, and brand teams to request, review, test and iterate on ad creative and messaging Write clear, engaging ad copy that drives performance Use your strong creative eye and copywriting skills to evaluate ad visuals and ensure theyre compelling and aligned with brand standards Collaborate with teams to test and iterate on both copy and creative for optimal results Stay in sync with team calendars and timelines to ensure paid media supports launches and promotions effectively Ensure evergreen ads reflect current brand positioning, offers, and goals Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices Proactively suggest new channels or strategies that align with our audiences and goals Continuously test and optimize targeting, copy, and creative to improve performance Serve as go-to expert for all paid strategy insights across the Flagship portfolio WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR 24 years of hands-on experience managing paid media (Meta + Google Ads required, others a plus) Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital funnels, and data-driven optimization A great creative eye and strong ad copywriting skills - while this position wont be doing design work, it will identify what looks and sounds compelling and performs well, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft effective, engaging ads Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic reporting tools Experience with hospitality or restaurant brands is not required, but a plus Organized, proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Digital advertising plays a critical role in driving awareness, traffic, and conversions across our portfolio of brands.
