JOB SUMMARY This position reports to the Sr Director and is responsible for leading project workflows while providing technical expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and system analysis. This role combines the analytical rigor of a Business Systems Analyst with the organizational skills of a Project Manager, ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining technical accuracy and stakeholder alignment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management & Workflow: • Lead end-to-end project management from initiation through delivery • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependencies • Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates Business Analysis & Technical Documentation: • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements • Translate business needs into technical specifications • Create process flows, user stories, and functional requirements • Conduct gap analysis and recommend system improvements • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge base Stakeholder Management: • Serve as primary liaison between business users and technical teams • Facilitate requirements workshops and design sessions • Ensure clear communication of project scope, changes, and impacts • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts between stakeholders Accountability Understand, adhere to, and enforce all corporate policies. QUALIFICATIONS Equivalent Education Level Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field Experience Required : 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management with demonstrated technical aptitude Knowledge Required: Excellent
written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products. Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand system requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.). Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process documentation, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred. PMP, CBAP, or similar certification a plus. Physical Requirements:
Sitting for long periods of time; standing occasionally; walking; bending; squatting; kneeling; pushing/pulling; reaching; twisting; frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.; driving and having access during the workday to an insured and reliable transportation; typing; data entry; grasping; transferring items between hands and/or to another person or receptacle; use of office equipment to include computers; ability to travel to, be physically present at, and complete the physical requirements of the position at any assigned location.
