Assistant Program Manager Work Location: San Jose CA
Reporting to the Program Manager, the
Assistant Program Manager
will play a pivotal role in facilitating HR-based service offerings for a Healthcare client, ensuring the seamless execution and efficient administration of healthcare programs within our client's network.
Classification
Full-time, exempt position
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Solutions Delivery:
•Work with Program Manager to maintain customer relationship management, fostering positive relations with clients and contingent worker suppliers.
•Collaborate with Program Manager to proactively identify and resolve problems, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
•Maintain ongoing communication with contingent workforce and independent contractors.
•Provide support for escalated recruitment pipeline activities and contribute to workforce planning efforts.
Talent Metrics & Compliance:
•Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and service objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and customer service.
•Prepare scheduled reports and perform clerical and administrative support, including creating PowerPoint presentations and correspondence.
•Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet client organization needs.
Supervision and Performance Oversight:
•Participate in onboarding new employees, providing orientation and necessary support.
•Ensure the successful supervision and management of our dedicated medical employees.
•Assist in overseeing contract performance; promptly escalating issues requiring corporate intervention.
•Verify attendance at all assigned posts and positions, upholding the work requirements for all personnel under contract.
Safety and Compliance:
•Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to client-established patient safety and security rules, regulations, and policies among employees.
Adaptable Support:
•Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree accredited by the Department of Education (DOE) in business, healthcare, or a closely related field of study or equivalent experience.
•Hold a minimum of (3) years of demonstrated administrative healthcare management or business experience.
•Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills and experience managing customer relations.
•Preference for candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Physical Requirements:
•Demonstrate physical agility, including the ability to bend, stand, and sit for extended periods.
•Be capable of reaching to retrieve documents.
•Ability to carry materials and/or file boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
•Expect to travel up to 30% to 40% as part of the role's responsibilities.
