Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Keene, NH to hire a skilled Spindle Assembler. This is a direct hire opportunity on first shift for a mechanically inclined candidate with experience in precision assembly. Competitive pay offered based on experience.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on knowledge and experience Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Duties: Assemble high-precision spindle components using engineering drawings, work instructions, and schematics Operate ultra-precision diamond turning machines and surface grinders to match-fit components Perform mechanical and electrical sub-assembly, including bearing installation, rotor balancing, and wiring Conduct functional testing and calibration of spindles to meet strict performance specifications Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges to verify tolerances Document all assembly steps, testing results, and quality checks with accuracy Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues Follow cleanroom procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Skills and Qualifications: Required:
High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in precision assembly or manufacturing Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Proficient with hand tools, torque drivers, and precision measurement instruments Preferred:
Technical certification or associate degree in mechanical or electrical technology Experience in aerospace, medical devices, or ultra-precision manufacturing Familiarity with cleanroom or controlled environment protocols
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform detailed assembly work for extended periods Strong focus on quality and precision Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

Pay Details:
