Senior Software Engineer - Robotics & Automation
Location:
Hartford, CT
Salary Range:
$115,000 - $175,000 (plus bonus programs & relocation assistance)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior Software Engineer
with strong Java programming skills (or experience in
Python, C++, C# , etc.) and
robotics/automation expertise
to join our software development team. This role is designed for
growth into the Software Development Manager position
within
two years .
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance software for
robotics and automation systems . Contribute as an
individual contributor , with opportunities for leadership growth. Work collaboratively within a
12-person software engineering team . Lead and support software development efforts, ensuring efficiency and innovation. Apply
technical expertise in robotics, automated equipment, and complex systems . Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong
Java proficiency
(or expertise in other
4GL languages ). Experience with
robotics, automation, or complex automated equipment . Previous
supervisory/management experience
or demonstrated leadership potential. Excellent
English communication skills
(written and verbal). Must be a
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident . Willingness to
relocate to Hartford, CT
