Job Responsibilities and RequirementsThe Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) - Audit & Quality Assurance Analyst the day-to-day operations and reporting of premium and regulatory compliance audits within the Enterprise Risk Management team. Conducts policyholder premium audits to ensure accuracy of premium billing, collection and application; performs regulatory compliance audits and maintains effective cross-departmental quality assurance methods, processes and best practices.Premium AuditsConducts historical review of premium transactions, including compliance with contract terms and analysis of calculated versus reported dataDevelop reporting packages detailing the results of premium audits and actively participate in close-out meetingsFoster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved with the premium process; billing, collection and applicationRegulatory Compliance AuditsParticipate in Regulatory Compliance Audits of internal processes and Third Party AdministratorsPrepare audit reports including root cause analysis of observations and findings and propose remediation plansContribute to the communication of audit results to internal and external stakeholdersProcess ImprovementAssist in the development/updating of process documentation and standard operating proceduresResearch and develop best practices to increase operational efficienciesRequired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related ExperienceBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management or related is required2 years' experience in accounting and/or audit.CPA/CIA is desirable.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsRobust written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce and report on complex findings and data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is requiredOpenness to the utilization of emerging technologies to support efficient operations; such as CoPilotExcellent multitasking, organizational and project management skillsAbility to interact and influence all levels of staff and managementAbility to Travel: Up to 10%The expected hiring range for this position is $54,990.00 - $68,750.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Philadelphia, PA). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate's starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
