The Electronic Shoe Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronic shoe sub-assemblies and the final product. This role is also responsible for conducting quality checks on electronic shoes and components, testing new product features, qualifying parts and making repairs under the supervision of the Quality Technicians and Lead Product Engineer. This is a great role for someone who likes to work in a small team environment but has a big impact on our business.

What you'll do as an Electronic Shoe Assembler:

Performs receiving inspection of parts. Provides a description of the failure in a log and attaches identifying tag to the failed part. Assemble electronic shoe sub-assemblies and other components to build a complete and functioning electronic shoe according to instructions and work plans. Performs final calibration of assemblies. Performs assembly check on each completed electronic shoe. Evaluates and repairs returned shoes when needed. Provides management with ideas to improve facilities and workflow Communicates the current quality status of the production process through the Electronic Shoe Quality Technician. Physically counts quantities during receiving inspection and periodical cycle counting of inventory. Routinely cleans and organizes workspace Additional responsibilities as required. We're looking for an Electronic Shoe Assembler with:

20/20 corrected vision Excellent visual detail Detail oriented Proactively maintains a meticulous work environment. Superior communication skills (listening, verbal and record keeping) Able to communicate ideas/improvements to entire team. Ability to follow written instructions and compare to visual standards Excellent dexterity and aptitude for precision work High School diploma or above Work related experience in an electronic assembly or similar manufacturing environment a plus Experience in conducting quality checks a plus Benefits
