About the Role
We are searching for a determined Senior Vice President of Product Management and Marketing to lead a forward-thinking team dedicated to the innovation and marketing of self-service retail systems. In this role, you will be a global leader driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that enrich consumer experiences while effectively addressing the challenges posed by rising labor costs. You will own the product strategy, lead successful go-to-market initiatives, and ensure that product development maintains a strong customer-centric focus. Your responsibilities will encompass the full product lifecycle, from conducting market research to creating product roadmaps, and you will work collaboratively with engineering and program teams to implement features that meet market needs.
As a vital part of your role, you will also lead marketing efforts aimed at enhancing brand visibility and penetrating new markets. Mentoring a team of product managers and marketers will be essential to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or marketing leadership, ideally within technology, manufacturing, or self-service retail sectors. You should possess a proven record in managing diverse product portfolios, launching successful products, and driving revenue through impactful go-to-market strategies.
Essential skills include strong financial acumen, experience with P&L ownership, proficiency in stakeholder management, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in recurring revenue models, managed services, or remote device management. The ideal candidate will embody strategic vision, exceptional customer focus, inspiring team leadership, and a results-oriented approach.
