A well-established civil engineering and surveying firm is seeking a
Surveyor / CAD Technician
to join their team. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with a licensed PLS on a variety of land development and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities Prepare lot and grading plans, and assist with construction document preparation Perform field survey support, including rodman duties and data collection Work with colleagues and clients to meet project deadlines within set budgets Operate and process data from UAVs (eBee fixed wing drones) as needed Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil or survey designer/draftsman
or
at least 1 year of land survey rodman experience Proficiency with
Carlson Civil Suite
or
MicroStation
CAD software Preferred Qualifications
Field survey or site construction experience Experience with eBee fixed wing drones and post-flight data processing FAA drone license Benefits
