Deliver hands-on Level 1-2 desktop support for end users Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory Collaborate with the networking team; basic networking knowledge is expected Maintain clear and professional communication with end users and IT teams Document support tickets and follow up on issue resolution IT Desktop Support Specialist 's
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 3 years of professional IT desktop support experience Proficiency with Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
