Job Description: Comprehensive understanding of PC hardware, software, operating systems, directory services, printing, and related applications. Perform desktop/laptop installations, schedule end-user upgrades/refreshes, and conduct pre-upgrade intake of existing settings, software, and data. Ensure post-upgrade configurations match user requirements and are aligned with the initial setup. Provide support for all types of printers, including network configuration, driver installation, and coordinating with vendors for setup or repairs. Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related software.. Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users in a timely and professional manner.
