Our mission is to support clients in controlling costs, meeting design specifications, and delivering top-quality steel solutionssuch as wire mesh server room cages for data centers, handrails, railings, and mezzanineson time and within budget.

Position: Project Manager (Steel Industry) We are currently looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the steel or commercial construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from contract award through final completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and clear communication throughout each phase.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closeout

Interpret and analyze contract documents and shop drawings

Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs

Use AutoCAD and/or Tekla to assist with light steel detailing and correct shop drawings

Coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and architects

Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, change orders, and estimates

Participate in site visits, field meetings, and subcontractor meetings as required

Oversee logistics and inspections across all project stages

Prioritize and manage tasks effectively across concurrent projects

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in commercial construction or steel fabrication

Bachelors degree in Architecture or Engineering

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
