What's the Job?
Design, develop, modify, and maintain complex software programs while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Partner with management and stakeholders to analyze business needs and plan efficient, scalable systems.
Create robust and efficient system designs based on in-depth analysis and collaborative consultations.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement durable solutions to technical and functional issues.
Offer direction and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
What's Needed?
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
At least 3-4 years of experience in IT, focusing on application development.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2016 or higher, SQL 2022 preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Development technologies, including C# .NET and Blazor.
Experience with health insurance companies or understanding of claims transactions and Healthcare EDI standards.
