WGI is searching for a Senior Computer Analyst to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II).
Responsibilities: Lead technical analysis and process improvement efforts to support enterprise IT systems. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to define system requirements and translate business needs into IT solutions. Assist with mobile device setup and management, troubleshooting video teleconferencing (VTC) systems, and making sure everything operates smoothly for VIP users Handle support with a focus on efficiency and customization, offering expedited service where the same technician is assigned for continuity Collaborate with leadership to assess and determine the necessary staffing levels based on the number of VIPs, making sure that all technical issues are swiftly addressed and resolved with minimal disruption to high-priority operations. Analyze system data, performance metrics, and audit logs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and security risks. Conduct root cause analysis of complex system issues and provide solutions Develop, review, and maintain system documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and technical manuals. Support system integration and testing, data migration, and legacy system decommissioning. Provide mentoring to junior analysts and support personnel. Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards (e.g., STIGs, RMF, NIST 800-53). Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical field. 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, information technology or related discipline. Demonstrated experience working in DoD of federal IT environment. Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle configuration management, and ITIL practices. Advanced experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics. Proficiency with systems documentation and enterprise tools (e.g., Visio, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Desired:
Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability remediation tools. Familiarity with SQL, scripting language or data visualization tools is a plus. Previous experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps environments. Project management. CISSP or CASP+ CE Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance required Certification:
