Project Manager (Cutover Planning and Orchestration Manager)

Job Posting: Cutover Planning and Orchestration Manager Position Title: Cutover Planning and Orchestration Manager Project Objective: • The project team is responsible for the planning, execution, test support, communication, and cross-project coordination for cutover events. • The project team will develop a process to review and manage risks and to improve standards and enforcement. Impact Assessment: • Impact on Project: • Does not directly responsible for any TSAs but is an enabler for other teams. Scope: 1. Create a Framework for planning, execution, test support 2. Develop communication plan 3. Coordinate with other projects 4. Review/Manage Risks SIC (System Integration Coordinator): 1. Create Cutover Management Team 2. Define roles/responsibilities of each member EVB (Enterprise Validation Board): 1. Lead Event from start to finish 2. Ensure all tasks are completed on time Collaboration with Other Projects: 1. Collaborate with other projects to ensure smooth cutover events. 2. Decision needed on communication roles between core team and the cutover team 3. Partner with release manager.
