The IT Program Manager will support the team in the following activities (including but not limited to):

Direct activities to meet the sponsor s organizational work objectives and serve as a liaison to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems

Engage project stakeholders to collect/manage their requirements and expectations

Serve as Scrum Master for development projects; run daily scrums, collect, document and track requirements; run Jira boards

Work with developers and engineers to turn customer requirements into system requirements to be developed, tested and implemented

Apply Agile project management model for managing assigned projects; successfully manage sprints

Create and maintain project management documentation

Maintain individual project schedules and schedule forecasts

Properly manage priorities and time to meet project milestones and due dates

Perform application demos, when requested

Identify risks and issues and track/manage them until they are resolved

Document project progress including implementation, time lines, issues, risks, quality and success measures

Provide regular status reporting (including project status briefings) to the sponsor, stakeholders and project team on progress toward objectives

Respond to ad-hoc data calls and tasks from Senior Leadership

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

A minimum of eleven (11) years relevant experience with Bachelor's or Master's degrees; without a degree, thirteen (13) years of relevant experience is necessary.

Knowledge/experience in managing projects through entire development system life cycle

Experience being a Scrum Master for development projects

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Experience using Jira software

Familiarity Lean, Agile and DevOps models

Understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies

Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment

Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Familiarity with ServiceNow

Experience working with the government

Familiarity with the customer s Project Management Framework

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
