We are seeking an experienced
PowerApps Developer
with a focus on
PowerApps canvas and model-driven apps
to support a high-impact federal program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing enterprise-grade mobile and web solutions using the
Microsoft Power Platform , with the ability to modernize legacy applications and integrate with a variety of data sources and Microsoft services.

Duties:
Design, develop, and deploy
PowerApps canvas and model-driven applications Build enterprise-grade mobile solutions utilizing Power Platform best practices Utilize and extend
Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) connectors
and develop custom connectors as needed Re-engineer and migrate legacy applications (e.g., InfoPath, SharePoint Designer workflows) to Power Platform solutions Interpret and design database models (SQL Server, MySQL, Common Data Service) Remediate security vulnerabilities within PowerApps applications Integrate
Power BI dashboards and reports
into PowerApps Participate in unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables Communicate effectively with clients, project leads, and development teams Collaborate within cross-functional Agile project teams consisting of app development, IT operations, and security Estimate work efforts, meet delivery deadlines, and provide regular status updates Install and configure
on-premises data gateways
and manage connections Maintain knowledge of PowerApps licensing models and features Requirements:
3+ years
of experience developing
PowerApps canvas and model-driven applications. Strong understanding of
PowerApps formulas, development methods, and UI/UX best practices Experience integrating
Forms, Power Automate (Flows), and AzureDevOps Expertise in
Common Data Service (Dataverse) Hands-on experience developing solutions that span multiple
Microsoft 365 services
(SharePoint, Outlook, Graph API, OneNote, OneDrive) Familiarity with
Azure services integration
(API Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, REST services) Proven ability to migrate business processes from legacy systems (InfoPath, SharePoint Designer workflows) to modern Power Platform solutions Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in
Agile project methodologies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environments. Experience with
SQL Server and MySQL Understanding of
Power Platform security and governance best practices Knowledge of
PowerApps and Power Automate licensing plans Federal project experience preferred
