Our client's product was built to equip Accountants with a team of AI agents that can take on varied accounting workflows This is a Series A tech startup founded in 2023 Hit product market fit and now scaling to meet demand Dynamic, fast-paced, expect overtime Onsite 5 days a week required AI, Finance industry The Role
Full Stack - Frontend is React/TypeScript and Backend is Python - seeking this specific stack experience As a leader on our Product Engineering team, you won't just ship code, you'll own a product You will be expected to think about the customer, prioritize various features, execute against company objectives, and be accountable for pushing the product forward Who You Are
Scrappy, early stage startup builder Entrepreneurial drive with a focus on full stack product engineering and ownership Leadership, takes initiative Flexible - willing and interested in jumping across multiple disciplines, able to pivot Entrepreneur mentality - excited to lay the groundwork technically and culturally to help the company grow Collaborative, Strong Communicator - Enjoys in-person collaboration Passionate about technology Intellectually Curious - not a fan of the status quo All-in - this is not a 9-5 Onsite 5 days a week in NYC Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
0 to 1 / product launch startup experience Product Focused software engineering experience 4+ years experience in full stack, product focused engineering 2+ years' professional, post graduate experience with Python 2+ years' professiona, post graduate experience with React/TypeScript 2+ years' professional, post graduate experience with PostgreSQL 1+ years LLM or AI engineering experience Demonstrated ability to break down complex concepts to fundamental elements and build from there
