Position:
Technical Business Analyst
Under the supervision of the VP, of Data Science, the Technical Business Analyst (TBA) will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements, ensuring that technology projects align with strategic goals. They will work with a product owner mindset, taking ownership and prioritizing features to ensure we are consistently delivering. The TBA will also design test cases, identify potential issues, and ensure that the final product aligns with the requirements and meets quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
Creates clear and detailed requirement documents, which may include: Business Requirements Document (BRD): High-level descriptions of what the system needs to achieve from a business perspective. Functional Requirements Document (FRD): Detailed descriptions of specific functions or features the system should have. Use Cases or User Stories: Detailed descriptions of how users will interact with the system, specifying actions, outcomes, and conditions. Effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the requirements. Work closely with development teams to provide technical insights and guide them in implementing solutions that align with business goals. Establish traceability between requirements, making it clear which features or functions are tied to which business needs and objectives. Ensure that the documented requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with the stakeholders' expectations. This may involve reviews, walkthroughs, or other validation processes. Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software or products. Perform regression testing, integration testing, and system testing as necessary. Report and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Exhibit excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and an ability to balance and fulfill multiple priorities. Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements
BS, BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering etc. or equivalent work experience 3+ years of prior work experience in a product owner, business analyst, quality analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and quality assurance practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Experience with healthcare industry preferred Experience with Salesforce preferred Project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus. Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, etc., is nice to have Benefits
