eBOARDsolutions, Inc., a subsidiary of the Georgia School Boards Association and leader in board management software, is currently seeking a Product Manager. At eBOARDsolutions, our mission is helping boards lead and govern effectively and operate efficiently - and our customers tell us we're really good at it. Our SaaS board management software, Simbli, helps boards automate and simplify everyday tasks through software that facilitates paperless meetings, strategic planning, policy management, board evaluations, document management, and communications.

The Product Manager will play a critical role in defining, executing, and evolving the Simbli platform. This individual will be responsible for guiding the product vision, managing the roadmap, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver user-centric, data-informed product experiences. This is a strategic, hands-on role that involves close collaboration with our design, engineering, QA, support, and marketing and sales teams, including periodic international travel to work with our offshore development team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A PRODUCT MANAGER:

Product Strategy & Roadmapping

Define and maintain a clear and compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and market trends.

Champion User Experience, Feedback and Insights

Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback, validate ideas, and synthesize insights that inform product direction.

Drive Product Execution

Lead feature development through discovery, design, engineering, QA, and release ensuring deadlines and expectations are clearly communicated and met. Write clear and actionable user stories, requirements, and specifications that guide development teams and ensure successful delivery. Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, elegant user experiences that solve real customer problems. Travel to collaborate with our offshore development team and ensure strong alignment across time zones and teams.

Cross-Functional Enablement

Collaborate with support, training, sales, and marketing teams, as well as strategic partners, to communicate product updates and ensure internal teams are aligned.

Measure Impact

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success, customer satisfaction, and inform future improvements.

Market Awareness

Stay informed on competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and evolving user expectations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

3-6 years of experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or public sector software environment. Located in the Atlanta, GA metro area with availability for regular in-office collaboration (hybrid role). Proven success delivering software products from concept to launch with measurable business outcomes. Strong understanding of Agile principles, product lifecycle management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product plans and technical requirements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset and a knack for managing timelines and priorities. Comfortable working with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, GitHub, Loom, Figma, Pendo, Hubspot). Empathetic thinker with a passion for improving user experience and customer satisfaction. NICE TO HAVE:

Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field. Experience working with offshore development teams. Technical background or familiarity with SaaS architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, or modern development practices. Experience with user research methods, A/B testing, or product analytics platforms. Prior experience working in early-stage or high-growth product environments. WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN:
