Description • Work in a dynamic and evolving environment to support business growth. • Utilize technical background and experience with warehouse management systems. • Analyze business needs and implement IT concepts. • Perform daily operational service activities. • Collaborate with regional and global IT teams. • Continuously expand knowledge in the area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities • Monitor and support logistics IT applications and operations. • Track and manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop solutions. • Translate business requirements into IT concepts and implement them. • Optimize and improve information systems for logistics. • Assist with testing activities, including creating test scenarios and executing various tests. • Participate in or lead relevant IT logistics projects.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent. • Minimum of 3 years of experience with business solutions using warehouse management systems. • Strong understanding of logistics business processes. • Experience configuring systems for logistics business requirements. • Proficiency with integration points between various modules. • Strong communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus. • Analytical and structured work attitude with organizational skills.
