Senior Is Applications Analyst

Providence is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Applications Analyst with substantial expertise in application support to join our growing IS team in supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Talent Management - Learning module from a functional analyst perspective. The analyst will serve as the bridge between business users and technical/development teams to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with developers, testers, and stakeholders. The analyst is responsible for supporting system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades, specializing in HR Talent Management. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of both business processes and IT systems. As a Senior IS Applications Analyst, you bring: Knowledge and experience in maintaining a productivity application within a large organization Ability to align business-centric needs with application solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications Skills to manage expectations regarding productivity application communication, including initial triage, mitigation, and resolution Capability to oversee features, change requests, testing, releases and offer solutions to a variety of complex challenges Work in tandem with our consulting implementation team to transition workforce management and productivity application solutions Balance technical expertise with operations management capability Providence caregivers are not simply valued they're invaluable.
