Clinical Administrative Coordinator
will work in a high volume, customer service environment and will need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm EST M-F. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional weekends (Saturday/Sunday). If you are located within the state of Maryland, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
Manage administrative intake of members Work with clinics, facilities and the quality team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers Initiating outbound and handling inbound calls using a dialer system Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers Will work independently Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role #J-18808-Ljbffr
