Responsibilities
Troubleshoot & provide L2L3 support to technical problems
Work on multiple incidents and projects simultaneously
Investigate service interruptions and drive the swift resolution
Assist in ensuring the future stability of infrastructure and customer data
Create content for technical solutions which contributes to internal knowledge bases and departmental documentation
Communicate with cross-functional and inter-department teams including executives and managerial audiences
Collaborate with Team members to enhance the customer experience.
Provide Technical support to end users in rotational shifts, primarily US shifts.

Experience using Service Now to manage incidents, problems, and requests M365 Administration experience for large complex organizations including: Identity and Access Management Exchange Online , Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business Office 365 Application Intune support and management (MECM) Understanding and working knowledge of Azure AD Microsoft Security Center Defender Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management
