Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of modular bathroom projects from concept through delivery. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage modular bathroom projects from initiation to completion Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, general contractors, and internal stakeholders Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and installation timelines Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and codes Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders and provide updates on project status Manage risk assessments, change orders, and resolve project-related issues promptly Support continuous improvement efforts in project delivery and operational processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or modular building PMP certification is a plus Familiarity with modular construction techniques or prefabrication is highly desirable Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, , Smartsheet) Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Willingness to travel to client sites and manufacturing facilities as needed
